Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

Role & Responsibilities

You'll own features end-to-end — bringing together quality engineering, sharp UX sensibility, and the ability to tame complexity into natural and intuitive interfaces. Day to day, this means collaborating closely with the CTO to scope and prioritize work, and working hand in hand with our IoT Cybersecurity Researcher to translate highly technical security findings and compliance requirements into interfaces that make complex information legible and actionable for end users.

• Contribute to architecture decisions across the full stack — your experience will shape how we build, not just what we build
• Maintain consistency across the product and raise issues early when something feels off — technically or experientially
• Challenge the brief, question assumptions, and propose better approaches — we value the outcome over the original spec
• Have a real voice on product direction

Requirements

• Proven frontend depth — demonstrable experience building complex, production-grade interfaces and shipping real products
• UX ownership — you treat user experience as your responsibility; you notice friction before users report it and fix it
• Full-stack autonomy — you can take a feature from data model to deployed endpoint without handing off; you design schemas, build APIs, and own the full stack end-to-end
• Backend engineering rigor — you write backend code with the same care as frontend code; you think about data integrity, security boundaries, and performance at the API level
• Collaboration with domain experts — you have worked alongside specialists and know how to translate deep technical knowledge into interfaces that non-experts can navigate confidently
• Quality without compromise — you hold a high bar for correctness, accessibility, and performance; you don't ship something you wouldn't want to use yourself
• System thinking — you design before you code; you can articulate component boundaries, data flow, and the tradeoffs in your architectural choices

Preferred Qualifications

These are nice-to-haves. We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of them.

• Experience in B2B on-premise products with complex, data-heavy interfaces — dashboards, tables, audit tools, reporting systems
• Exposure to regulated industries (security, finance, healthcare, legal) where correctness and traceability are non-negotiable
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or compliance concepts, or genuine curiosity for the domain
• Comfortable operating with limited specs — able to define the problem as well as solve it
• Able to communicate technical choices clearly through diagrams, models, or well-structured documents that make architecture and tradeoffs legible

Soft Skills

• Cooperative personality with excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships within the team and with stakeholders
• Quick learner with a creative approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for automation
